I have a four year old laptop. It’s really slow and sometimes gets itself worked up and freezes. Instead of dropping $2k on a new one, I decided to see if I might be able to upgrade it for a couple hundred dollars. I took it to Bat Tech in Surry Hills on Saturday and got it back yesterday afternoon. Basically, they turned it around in one business day by adding some memory and performing an optimization (updating drivers, Windows updates, etc). It’s much faster now and Bat Tech “bought” me a couple more years with this machine. I’d recommend them any time. They were very nice and accommodating. Good stuff.

They are always helpful, always friendly ~ even when you call them with a slightly hysterical tone in your voice. They check to see if repairs are under warranty and they are just really helpful. We’ve used them for a couple of years now for all our Macs and you just can’t get a better group of guys. They are the best to use.

As a physician I do not always have time to do little things like write a good review for someone but I am making an exception here because of all the help I got from Bat Tech. They helped resolve all the issues we encountered in the last year or so and helped my office staff get work done much more efficiently. The technician was nice enough to set up my new Blackberry at no charge.

Bat Tech at its best: Full-on Apple geniuses, plus values of directness and honesty. They’ve repaired my Macs three times, each time for less than Apple wanted, with far faster turnaround time, and with my complete confidence that not only am I dealing with folks who know what they’re doing, but they’re on my side. They’ve never tried to up sell me. In fact, they consistently try to down sell me, offering less-expensive alternatives. Saving me heaps, this is the place to go.

Our sales team uses laptops on a daily basis. Servicing the laptops was always a challenge until we came across Bat Tech. Their service is fast and we get loaners from them if we need one. They also pickup and drop-off the laptops if need be. Every time I walk out of this place I have a huge smile on my face, which says A LOT for the quality of their service. These guys have been absolutely STELLAR both times I brought my computer in.

My MacBook crashed and I had tons of family pictures on it with a lot of sentimental value. They were my son’s first steps and my engagement and wedding pictures. I was extremely nervous handing off my MacBook to them but I did it anyways because I was desperate. They called back 3 hours later to inform me that they recovered all my pictures. I was so happy to hear the good news. I got my macbook back the next day with a brand new hard drive and all the pictures were copied to it. Amazing service! I am very grateful for all the help they gave me. We rely on them and they always delivered…

I’m so glad I took my computer to the guys at Bat Tech, they spoke to me like a person and didn’t treat me like the idiot I already felt I was.
